The following steps
are required to fill up the On-line application form: INSTRUCTIONSFOR APPLICANT/अभ्यर्थियों के लिए दिशा- निर्देश - 1. प्रवेश विवरणिका 2023-24 एवं अभ्यर्थियों के लिए दिशा- निर्देश को आवेदन करने से पूर्व ध्यान से पढ़े ।
- 2. आवेदन पत्र भरने के पूर्व अभ्यर्थी के पास उनके कक्षा दसवीं एवं बारहवीं के अंक पत्र के साथ साथ हाल हीं में लिया हुआ पासपोर्ट साइज का फोटो, हस्ताक्षर स्कैन्ड होना आवश्यक है ।
- 3. अभ्यर्थी अपने पंजीकरण हेतु आवेदन पत्र को स्वयं भरें अथवा साइबर कैफ़े से भरवाने की स्थिति में स्वयं वहां उपस्थित रहें । आवेदन पत्र में किसी भी त्रुटि के लिए अभ्यर्थी स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।
- 4. आवेदन पत्र में मांगी गई सूचनाओं को ध्यान पूर्वक भरें । जन्म तिथि, लिंग, धर्म, मूल निवास, आरक्षण के विवरण की जांच अपने कक्षा दसवीं एवं बारहवीं के अंक पत्र एवं प्रमाण पत्रों से अवश्य कर लें। आपके द्वारा दी गयी सूचना गलत पाए जाने पर आपका आवेदन रद्द किया जा सकता है।
- 5. यदि अभ्यर्थी समाज कल्याण विभाग की छात्रवृत्ति या शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति का आवेदन पत्र भरने का इच्छुक है तो उसे आधार के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत होना आवश्यक है, अगर अभी आधार संख्या नही प्राप्त हुई हो तो आधार नामांकन संख्या प्राप्त करने का प्रयास करें ।
- 6. प्रवेश सम्बन्धी कोई प्रश्न हो तो कृपया वेबसाइट पर दिए हेल्प लाइन नंबरों पर संपर्क करे।
- 7. अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अधिकतम तीन पाठ्यक्रम का चयन किया जा सकता है। जबकि महाविद्यालय प्रवेश पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण करते समय अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अधिकतम तीन पाठ्यक्रमों / महाविद्यालयों का चयन किया जा सकता है। यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी को विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बंधित महाविद्यालय एवं विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में संचालित पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश हेतु पंजीकरण कराना है तो अभ्यर्थी को एक पंजीकरण यूनिवर्सिटी कैंपस एडमिशन पोर्टल एवं दूसरा पृथक पंजीकरण कॉलेज एडमिशन पोर्टल पर करना होगा परंतु अभ्यर्थी को पंजीकरण शुल्क एक बार ही देना होगा।
नोट- आवेदन संपूर्ण रूप से सबमिट करने के पश्चात या कभी भी लॉग इन पटल में प्रवेश के उपरांत लॉग ऑउट करना न भूले। साइबर कैफ़े के संचालक भी इस बात का ख्याल रखें कि वो एक समय में एक हीं छात्र का आवेदन भर सकते हैं, दूसरे आवेदन के पूर्व पहले आवेदक के लॉग इन पटल से लॉग ऑउट करना आवश्यक है । - 1. Read the Admission Brochure 2023-24 and the guidelines for the candidates carefully before applying.
- 2. Before filling out the application form, the candidate must have his/her class X and XII mark sheet along with a scanned and signed passport-size photograph.
- 3. Candidates should fill out the application form for their registration themselves or in case getting it filled out at a cyber cafe, be present there. Candidates will be responsible for any error in the application form themselves.
- 4. Fill the information in the application form carefully. Be sure to check the details like date of birth, gender, religion, permanent address, and reservation with your class X and XII mark sheets and certificates. Your application can be rejected if the information provided by you is found to be incorrect.
- 5. If the candidate is desirous of filling out the application form for scholarship or fee compensation from the Social Welfare Department, then it is necessary to be registered under Aadhaar. If the Aadhaar number is not yet received, then try to get the Aadhaar enrolment number.
- 6. In case of any query related to admission, please contact the helpline numbers given on the website.
- 7. "A maximum of three courses can be selected by the candidate while registering on campus portal. Whereas a maximum of three courses/ colleges can be selected by the candidate while registering on college admission portal. If a candidate have to register for admission in university affiliated colleges and courses conducted in the University campus, then the candidate will have to do one registration on the University campus admission portal and another separate registration on the college admission portal, but the candidate will have to pay the registration fee only once."
Note- Do not forget to log out after submitting the application completely or at any time after entering the login panel. Operators of cybercafe should also keep in mind that they can fill out the application of only one student at a time. It is necessary to log out of the login panel of the first applicant before the second application.
