·         The Candidate’s Photograph Must Be A Recent Passport-Size Photo With A Light Or White Background. The Face Should Be Clearly Visible, And The Candidate Must Not Wear A Cap, Goggles, Or Mask.

·         The Signature Must Be Done Using Black Ink On White Paper And Should Be Clear And Easily Readable.

Aadhaar Card

·         The Aadhaar Number Is Required At The Time Of Form Filling, And The Original Aadhaar Card Must Be Produced During PET And Document Verification.

10th Class Marksheet

·         This Document Is Used As Proof Of Date Of Birth And Educational Qualification.

Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable)

·         Candidates Must Possess A Valid SC/ST Certificate, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate, Or EWS Certificate Of The Latest Financial Year, As Applicable. The Certificate Must Be Issued In The Government-Prescribed Format.

PwBD / Disability Certificate (If Applicable)

·         Candidates Must Have A Benchmark Disability Certificate Issued By An Authorized Medical Board, With The Disability Percentage Clearly Mentioned.

Ex-Serviceman Certificate (If Applicable)

·         Candidates Must Possess A Valid Discharge Book Or Service Certificate, In Which The Length Of Service Is Clearly Mentioned.

Bank Account Details

·         Candidates Must Provide The Account Holder’s Name, Account Number, And IFSC Code, Which Are Required For Fee Refund Or Future Payments.

Domicile / Address Proof (If Asked)
